Resources Erin often recommends to her clients:

At times we find ourselves in situations that are disheartening, overwhelming, or painful, and we're at a loss as to what to do. At times we feel like our needs are no longer being met. We can find ourselves in a relationship that lacks the connection and security it once had, and we feel lost. Everyone has a time in their lives when they know that change is necessary but uncertain about where to start or how change will be effective.

Erin believes her role as a therapist is to provide clients support and education, as well as to explore and encourage clients' commitments to making changes in their life and in their relationships, without judgment. Erin works with individuals (18+) and couples (monogamous and non-monogamous) presenting with the following concerns: mood disorders, sexual health and well-being (sexual desire, drive, intimacy, dysfunction, pleasure, and pain/discomfort), perinatal and postpartum depression/anxiety disorders, parenting, body image, and life transitions.
