I value a holistic, client-centered, and nonjudgmental approach to healing. I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship and utilize a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to therapy, which allows me to individualize our sessions to meet your unique needs. I believe bringing the body into the room can foster a deeper awareness than talk therapy alone, and have a special interest in integrating mindfulness practices and trauma sensitive yoga into sessions when it feels useful.
I have experiences helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, gender identity, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relational issues and life transitions. I provide individual therapy to adults of all backgrounds, orientations, and ethnicities.
