Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available and we accept most insurance.
When life gets hard, we get stuck in our default modes to help us disconnect from the pain we’re experiencing. This can make it difficult to understand why we’re feeling this way and what our needs are. I can help you understand your emotional patterns, identify your needs, and work towards a more balanced way of living.
I value a holistic, client-centered, and nonjudgmental approach to healing. I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship and utilize a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to therapy, which allows me to individualize our sessions to meet your unique needs. I believe bringing the body into the room can foster a deeper awareness than talk therapy alone, and have a special interest in integrating mindfulness practices and trauma sensitive yoga into sessions when it feels useful.
Cabot Psychological Services has a team of highly trained professionals to assist you with your specific needs. Meet The Team
