I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, family therapy, and couples therapy for couples at any stage, who adhere to any relationship configuration (monogamous, open, polyamorous, etc.). I have significant experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals/couples and my experience includes a racially, ethnically, and socio-economically diverse set of clients.
I bring humor and warmth into the therapeutic space, creating an accepting and comfortable environment. My therapeutic work is primarily informed through systems theory and attachment theory and I use a mix of therapeutic models. I have seven years experience working in residential treatment with adolescents and their parents, primarily addressing issues of self-harm and suicidal ideation; relational, historical and spiritual trauma; personality disorders and attachment disorders.
My experience also includes treating depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse, and grief and loss
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my pets, watching sports, playing soccer (Go USWNT!), traveling, reading, and doing yard work.

I believe we experience pain and suffering when we’re disconnected from ourselves and from others. Whether you want to improve your relationship(s) or improve other aspects of your life, I will develop a trusting therapeutic connection with you; assist you in identifying past experiences, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that contribute to disconnection in your life; and collaborate with you to take steps towards creating and deepening connection with yourself and others. The result of this work can be increased resilience, strength, peace, and fulfillment.
