My approach is relational and process-driven, meaning that we can use the relationship we develop together in our sessions as an important lens to address your problems, and then we talk about that process in moving forward. Over time, we will also look at the past to see how it informs your present and future, and I will give you tools to cope along the way. I also adopt practices from mindfulness, dialectical behavior training, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I enjoy working with young adults and adults in both individual and group therapy formats. I specialize in life transitions, men’s issues, grief, anxiety, depression, identity formation, and relationship conflicts.
Patrick is an independent contractor working with Cabot Psychological Services.
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available and we accept most insurance.
If you’re looking for support around a specific issue you’ve been struggling with, or hoping to deepen your personal insights and understandings about the relationships you have with yourself or others, our work will focus on creating a trusting, safe, and confidential relationship to learn and explore.
