She is in training to become an integrative medicine provider to incorporate dietary and physical wellbeing into her therapy. She believes mental health is inseperable from physical health. She has a special passion for helping people find what practical changes they can make in their lives through nutrition and physical movement to support recovery naturally.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband and son.
Rebecca is a clinical therapist who takes a holistic approach to therapy. She believes health and happiness happen when a person has mental, physical, and relational balance.
She has experience helping people with depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, problems with anger, relational issues, gender dysphoria, schizophrenia, and eating disorders.
Rebecca enjoys working with children (5+) and adults of all backgrounds and orientations and is an ally with the LGBTQ and immigrant communities. She has worked in homes, communities, schools, and residential treatment with a wide diversity of people. She has a special interest in adolescents and young adults.
